Now that the dust has settled at Sewell House, we are left with the usual tidying up of loose ends, and as my term as Clerk to the Property Committee and project manager expires shortly I take this opportunity to write on behalf of the Board to express our appreciation of the manner in which you and your team have delivered this contract.
In particular, we thank you staff for their sensitivity to the needs and concerns of our elderly residents and it is much to your credit that many of the residents have asked us to thank you on their behalf.
On a personal note, I was a Ministry of Defence Project Manager for almost twenty years and have dealt with a many of contractors large and small, and it has been a pleasure to work with you. Please pass my best wishes to Martyn and Duncan, and I hope that we maintain contact in the future. Aubrey Hill also leaves the Board in June, and i know that he joins me in this.
